Side Effects

It is possible that the use of a self-adhesive silicone dressing may cause side effects such as skin reactions (erythema, pruritus, etc.), bleeding, wound maceration or rupture, or pain. Adhering to the precautions for use and avoiding contra-indications makes it possible to limit these side effects. If a side effect occurs, stopping the use of CEREDERM dressings temporarily is recommended. Treatment can be restarted once a normal situation is re-established.
