RHEA Cilostazol is extensively metabolized by hepatic cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes, mainly CYP3A4 and, to a lesser extent, CYP2D6 and CYP2C19. (See Pharmacology: Pharmacokinetics under Actions.)
