Neuro-B's 500: Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1): Anaphylactic reaction can occur with IV use.
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6): long term high dose administration of pyridoxine has been associated with the development of severe peripheral neuropathies.
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) should, if possible, not be given to patients with suspected Vitamin B12 deficiency without first confirming the diagnosis and should not be used to treat megaloblastic anemia of pregnancy. Regular blood monitoring is advisable. Administration of Vitamin B12 doses greater than 10 mcg daily may produce a hematological response in the patients with folate deficiency.
