Each capsule contains Loperamide Hydrochloride 2 mg.
Loperamide hydrochloride inhibits intestinal motility and is used in the management of acute and chronic diarrhea. Adverse effects include toxic megacolon, dry mouth, dizziness, fatigue and hypersensitivity reactions; CNS depression may occur in overdosage.
