Dosage/Direction for Use

Tab/Oral soln 75 mg/kg daily in 3 divided doses. DR tab 75 mg/kg daily in 2 divided doses taken approx 12 hr apart. Max dose: 99 mg/kg daily. May adjust dose according to treatment response.
