Powder: Recommended two servings per day. Use the measuring scoop enclosed. Add 6 level scoops (approximately 53.8 g) of Ensure Gold gradually into 195 ml of cold or lukewarm water and mix till dissolved to obtain a 230 ml ready-to-drink product. When mixed as directed, Ensure Gold provides approximately 1.0 kcal per ml. A 900 g can of Ensure Gold yields 16 servings of 230 ml of ready-to-drink product.
Liquid: Ready to use. Shake well.

Use under medical supervision. When using Ensure Gold under physician or dietitian recommendation, follow the recommended method for consumption.

Use in Children: Not recommended for children under 10 years of age.

Powder: Store unopened cans at room temperature. Cover opened cans and store in a cool, dry place, but not under refrigeration. After opening a can, use its contents within three weeks. Use reconstituted Ensure Gold promptly, or cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
Liquid: Unopened can should be stored at room temperature. Once opened, it should be covered, refrigerated and discarded if not used within 24 hours.
