Powder: Recommended two servings per day. Use the measuring scoop enclosed. Add 6 level scoops (approximately 53.8 g) of Ensure Gold gradually into 195 ml of cold or lukewarm water and mix till dissolved to obtain a 230 ml ready-to-drink product. When mixed as directed, Ensure Gold provides approximately 1.0 kcal per ml. A 900 g can of Ensure Gold yields 16 servings of 230 ml of ready-to-drink product.
