Powder: Store unopened cans at room temperature. Cover opened cans and store in a cool, dry place, but not under refrigeration. After opening a can, use its contents within three weeks. Use reconstituted Ensure Gold promptly, or cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
Liquid: Unopened can should be stored at room temperature. Once opened, it should be covered, refrigerated and discarded if not used within 24 hours.
