Following cataract surgery: Instill 1 drop to the affected eye 4 times/day beginning 24 hours after cataract surgery and continuing throughout the first 2 weeks of the post-operative period.
Corneal refractive surgery: Instill 1 or 2 drops within 1 hour prior to surgery. Apply 1 to 2 drops within 15 minutes after surgery to affected eye(s) and continue 4 times/day for ≤3 days.
