Indications/Uses
Chronic conjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis. Painful post-traumatic condition of the cornea & conjunctiva. Post-op ocular inflammation eg, cataract extraction.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Following cataract surgery Instill 1 drop to the affected eye qid, initially 24 hr after cataract surgery & continuing throughout the 1st 2 wk of the post-op period. Corneal refractive surgery Instill 1-2 drops w/in 1 hr prior to surgery. Apply 1-2 drops w/in 15 min after surgery to affected eye & continue qid for ≤3 days.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Avoid wearing soft contact lenses. Childn. Pregnancy & lactation.
