The pharmacokinetic parameters of dotinurad following single oral administration of dotinurad to healthy male adults (12 subjects) in the fed state at a dose of 4 mg or following oral co-administration of oxaprozin (600 mg) and dotinurad (4 mg) in the fed state on Day 6 preceded by repeated oral administration of oxaprozin in the fed state at a dose of 600 mg once daily for 5 days are shown as follows.
