May exaggerate succinylcholine-type muscle relaxation during anesthesia. Patients with sick-sinus syndrome, supraventricular cardiac conduction conditions eg, SA or AV block, history of ulcer disease or those receiving concurrent NSAIDs; history of asthma or obstructive pulmonary disease. May exacerbate or induce extrapyramidal symptoms; cause bladder outflow obstruction. Avoid concomitant use with inhibitors of acetylcholinesterase, agonists or antagonists of the cholinergic system. Severe hepatic impairment. May affect ability to drive or operate machinery.
Use in Pregnancy & Lactation: Caution for pregnancy & lactation.
Use in Children: Not recommended for children.
