Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult & childn ≥12 yr 5 mg once daily. Allora Syrup Childn 6-11 yr 2.5 mg once daily, 1-5 yr 1.25 mg once daily, 6-11 mth 1 mg once daily.

Special Precautions

Patients w/ medical or family history of seizures. Risk of falling. Concomitant use w/ macrolides (eg, erythromycin) & imidazole antifungal eg, ketoconazole. May affect ability to drive or operate machines. Renal & hepatic impairment. Not to be used in pregnancy (1st trimester) & lactation. Childn <6 mth.
