Each 4 grams of granule contains plantago ovata seed 2.168 g and Senna pods 0.496 g.

Rich with fiber, plantago ovate forska absorb moisture in the stomach and expand, pushing out the clogged stool to clear the bowel.
The ratio of insoluble dietary fiber and water-soluble dietary fiber 7:3 are an ideal composition.
Insoluble dietary fiber: The larger stools help trigger the bowel to contract and move the stools out.
Water-soluble dietary fiber: This causes the stool to absorb more water and creates larger stools.
