The most commonly reported adverse drug reaction associated with overdose (dose more than 800 mg/day) includes affective disorder, somnolence, confusion, depression, agitation and relentlessness.
There is no specific antidote for overdose with pregabalin. Although hemodialysis has not been performed in the few known cases of overdose, it may be indicated by the patient clinical state or in patients with significant renal impairment.
