Do not use concomitantly w/ disinfectants containing quaternary ammonium compd for skin prep. Do not inject extra-articularly or into the synovial tissues & articular capsules. Intravascular inj. Use in joints other than the knee. Concomitant use w/ other IA injectables. Strictly follow aseptic administration technique. Severely inflamed knee joints. Aspirate synovial effusion if present before each inj. Evidence of lymphatic or venous stasis in that leg. Transient pain &/or swelling of the joint may occur after IA inj. Avoid any strenuous activities or prolonged (ie, >1 hr) wt-bearing activities eg, jogging or playing tennis w/in 48 hr following IA inj. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn ≤21 yr.
