Nintedanib esilate (Ofev) capsules is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to nintedanib, peanut or soya, or to any of the excipients (see Description).
Nintedanib esilate (Ofev) is contraindicated during pregnancy (see Use in Pregnancy & Lactation and Pharmacology: Toxicology under Actions).
