Seizure disorders; metabolic hepatic or renal impairment. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Lactation. Elderly.
Dryness of the mouth w/ difficulty in swallowing, thirst, dilation of pupils w/ loss of accommodation & photophobia, increased IOP, flushing & dryness of the skin, bradycardia followed by tachycardia w/ palpitations & arrhythmias, urinary urgency, reduced tone & motility of GIT leading to constipation. Vomiting, giddiness, staggering. Central depression including drowsiness & fatigue.
