Ingredients: Partially hydrolyzed guar gum (fiber source, thickener), glutamine, sugar, fructooligosaccharides, flavors, sucralose (sweetener).
GFO contains water soluble fiber and oligosaccharide, which have been shown to stimulate the intestinal tract and regulate intestinal function. Water soluble fiber is broken down into short-chain fatty acids by enteric bacteria and utilized. Oligosaccharide acts as a food source for Lactobacillus bifidus, a "good" bacteria. GFO also contains glutamine. These 3 ingredients work together to help maintain a healthy intestinal environment.

Nutritional drink for the dietary management of diarrhea and constipation.
Instructions for use: Dissolve one stick in 100 to 150 mL of water or warm water. Up to 3 sticks a day is the recommended serving size as a supplement to regular meals.
Use under medical supervision.
Important Notice: Not for use as a sole source of nutrition. Not for parenteral use.
Precautions for use: The powder may not be easily soluble, but the nutrition quality of the product is not affected (the product is more quickly dissolved in warm to hot water).
Some brown-colored substances derived from the ingredients may be found in the powder of the product, but the nutrition quality of the product is not affected. Consume the product as soon as possible after opening.
Store at room temperature, avoiding high temperature and direct sunlight.
