Action

GFO contains water soluble fiber and oligosaccharide, which have been shown to stimulate the intestinal tract and regulate intestinal function. Water soluble fiber is broken down into short-chain fatty acids by enteric bacteria and utilized. Oligosaccharide acts as a food source for Lactobacillus bifidus, a "good" bacteria. GFO also contains glutamine. These 3 ingredients work together to help maintain a healthy intestinal environment.
