Adverse Reactions

Adverse events occurring most frequently and with a greater incidence than placebo have included liver function abnormalities, nausea, arthralgia, and rash. Other adverse reactions reported during febuxostat therapy included diarrhea, headache, musculoskeletal stiffness, constipation, gastroesophageal reflux, flushing, dizziness, and gout flares.
