Ipratropium + Salbutamol are contraindicated in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardio- myopathy or tachyarrhythmia. They are also contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to ipratropium bromide, salbutamol sulfate or to atropine or its derivatives.
