Decreased efficacy of estrogen-containing contraceptives. Antagonized bacterial effect w/ tetracyclines. Increased t_½ w/ probenecid. Synergistic effects w/ aminoglycosides. Erythema multiforme w/ amoxicillin after MMR vaccination.
