Alteplase (Actilyse) is presented as a kit. The kit consists of 1 vial with lyophilizate, 1 vial of solvent (water for injections) for reconstitution as well as a transfer cannula.
Alteplase (Actilyse) 50 mg: 1 vial contains 50 mg alteplase 1 vial of solvent contains 50 mL sterilized water for injections.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: L-arginine, phosphoric acid, polysorbate 80.
The reconstituted solution contains 1 mg alteplase per mL.
