Simulect is indicated for the prophylaxis of acute organ rejection in de novo renal transplantation in combination with ciclosporin and corticosteroid-based immunosuppression (in adults and children), or in combination with long-term immunosuppressive triple therapy with ciclosporin, costicosteroids and either azathioprine or mycophenolate mofetil (adults only).
