Side effects of paracetamol are usually mild, though haematological reactions such as agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia and pancytopenia have been reported. Cutaneous hypersensitivity reactions, including skin rashes, angioedema, Stevens-Johnson Syndrome/Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis have been reported.
