Also contains: Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, water-soluble cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, modified cellulose gum, sodium copper chlorophyllin, silica, hydroxypropyl cellulose.
NO salt (NaCl), sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Melatonin Timed Release Jamieson: Bi-layer Caplet: The first layer dissolves quickly providing an immediate dose; the second layer gradually releases to help in staying asleep.

Melatonin Fast Dissolving Jamieson: Helps improve sleep quality.
Melatonin Timed Release Jamieson: Helps in falling asleep and staying asleep.

Adults: Take 1-3 Melatonin Fast Dissolving Jamieson tablets or 1 Melatonin Timed Release Jamieson caplet daily at or before bedtime.
For jet lag: Take at bedtime after darkness has fallen while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new daily pattern.

Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness.
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 1 month (chronic insomnia).
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if: taking steroids, blood thinners, or medications for seizures, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system, to affect mental state or increase sedation; with cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar or migraines.
Stop use if allergic reaction occurs or if headache, confusion or nausea is experienced.
Use in Pregnancy & Lactation: Do not use this product if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.
