Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult 1-3 Melatonin Fast Dissolving Jamieson tab or 1 Melatonin Timed Release Jamieson caplet daily at or before bedtime. For jet lag: Take at bedtime after darkness has fallen while travelling, & at destination until adapted to the new daily pattern.

Special Precautions

Avoid taking w/ alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Caution for use >1 mth & in case of chronic insomnia. Concomitant use w/ steroids, blood thinners, immunosuppressants, sedatives, medications for seizure, BP, affecting mental state. Patients w/ CV, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar or migraines. Discontinue in case of allergic reaction, headache, confusion or nausea. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hr after intake. Do not use during pregnancy & lactation.
