Bệnh nhân bị rối loạn chức năng gan nặng, tiền sử phản ứng phụ nghiêm trọng với thuốc đối kháng Ca, cao tuổi, cho con bú (tránh dùng), lái xe/vận hành máy. Nếu cần ngừng ATELEC: giảm liều dần & theo dõi chặt chẽ. Chưa xác định được độ an toàn của ATELEC ở trẻ em.
