Description

Green round tablet, engraved T10 on one side.

Action

ATC Classification: R05FA02, Opium derivatives and expectorants.
Belongs to the class of combinations of opium derivatives cough suppressants and expectorants.

Indications/Uses

Relieves severe coughing due to colds and upper respiratory tract infections. Optional choice for those who fail from expectorants or mucolytic agents.
Used in the treatment of cough.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet 3-4 times daily. Maximum codeine phosphate dose is not more than 120 mg/day.
Administration: May be taken with or without food.

Storage

Store below 30°C.
Shelf life: 24 months.
