Instill 1 drop in affected eye(s) once daily.

Contraindications

History of hypersensitivity. Taflotan Concomitant use w/ products containing omidenepag isopropyl.

Special Precautions

Not to be used more than once daily due to lessened IOP-lowering effect. Pigmentation in iris & eyelid or hypertrichosis around the eyes; corneal epithelium disorder (superficial punctate & filamentary keratitis or corneal erosion). Temporary blurred vision. Patients w/ aphakia or pseudophakia; history of or current bronchial asthma; endophthalmitis (iritis, uveitis); closed angle glaucoma. Take at least 5-min interval when using >1 ophth soln. Remove contact lenses prior to use & wait at least 15 min prior to wearing again. May affect ability to drive or operate machines. Pregnant, parturient women or women who may possibly be pregnant. Avoid treatment during lactation or discontinue breastfeeding during treatment. Low birth wt infants, neonates, infants or childn. Elderly (reduced physiological function).

Adverse Reactions

Iris pigmentation. Conjunctival hyperaemia/inj, abnormality in eyelashes, itching, irritation, foreign body sensation, blepharal pigmentation, corneal epithelial disorder including superficial punctate keratitis, abnormal eye sensation. Eye pain & discharge, eyelid hypertrichosis, photophobia, heavy feeling of eye, lacrimation, blurred vision, conjunctival oedema, blepharitis; headache; erythema; elevated AST (GOT) & serum K, +ve urine protein.
