Each 50 mg tablet contains sitagliptin phosphate monohydrate, equivalent to 50 mg sitagliptin.

Each 100 mg tablet contains sitagliptin phosphate monohydrate, equivalent to 100 mg sitagliptin.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Tablet core: Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate Anhydrous, Microcrystalline cellulose, Croscarmellose sodium, Low-Substituted Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Sodium stearyl fumarate.
Film coating: Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Polyethylene glycol, Titanium dioxide, Yellow ferric oxide, Red ferric oxide, Black ferric oxide (for 100 mg), Talc, Purified water.
