Contraception intramuscular: 150 mg every 3 months on the fifth day of the first cycle.
Endometriosis intramuscular: 50 mg once a week.
Uterine cancer intramuscular: 400 mg to 1 gram once a week, when improvement occur and disease appeared stabilized, maintenance dose may reduce to 400 mg/month.
Usual dose range: 50 mg to 1 gram once a week.
