Lexapro Description

Film-coated tablet: Lexapro 10 mg: Oval, white, scored, marked with "E" and "L" on each side of the score on one side of the tablet.
Each tablet contains 10 mg escitalopram (as 12.77 mg escitalopram oxalate).
Lexapro 15 mg: Oval, white, scored, marked with "E" and "M" on each side of the score on one side of the tablet.
Each tablet contains 15 mg escitalopram (as 19.16 mg escitalopram oxalate).
Lexapro 20 mg: Oval, white, scored, marked with "E" and "N" on each side of the score on one side of the tablet.
Each tablet contains 20 mg escitalopram (as 25.54 mg escitalopram oxalate).
The 10, 15 and 20 mg tablets can be divided into equal doses.
Oral drops: Clear, nearly colourless to yellowish solution with a bitter taste.
Each ml of solution contains 20 mg escitalopram (as 25.551 mg escitalopram oxalate).
Each drop contains 1 mg escitalopram.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Film-coated tablet: Tablet core: Microcrystalline cellulose, Colloidal anhydrous silica, Talc, Croscarmellose sodium, Magnesium stearate.
Coating: Hypromellose, Macrogol 400, Titanium dioxide (E 171).
Oral drops: Each drop contains 4.7 mg ethanol.
Propyl gallate, Anhydrous citric acid, Ethanol 96%, Sodium hydroxide, Purified water.
