Rapid chromatographic immunoassay reagent for qualitative detection of dengue IgG & IgM Abs, & NS1 antigen in serum, plasma & whole blood to aid in diagnosis of dengue viral infection.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Dengue NSI Ag Add 4 drops of serum, plasma or whole blood vertically into the sample well, add 1 drop of sample diluent into the sample well. Dengue IgG/IgM Add 1 drop of serum, plasma or whole blood vertically into the sample well, add 2 drops of sample diluent into the sample well. Observe test results immediately w/in 15-20 min.

Special Precautions

Not to be used for screening general population. For in vitro diagnostic use only. Invalid test result over 20 min. Serological cross-reactions w/ Flaviviruses (ie, between dengue types 1, 2, 3, 4 & St. Louis encephalitis, West Nile, Japanese encephalitis, yellow fever virus). May cause false +ve results in samples w/ high conc of Rheumatoid factor or Heterophilic Abs.
