Dosage/Direction for Use

IM Adult & childn >10 yr 20 mcg/dose. 3 doses at 0, 1 & 6 mth. Neonates, infant & childn <10 yr 10 mcg/dose. 3 doses at 0, 1 & 6 mth. Preterm infants <2 kg 4 doses at 0, 6, 10 & 14 wk. Ped Infectious Diseases Society of Thailand (PIDST) Recommended schedule of 3 doses at 0, 1-2 & 6 mth.
