Indications/Uses
Reduction of IOP in patients w/ primary open-angle glaucoma or ocular HTN.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) once daily.
Contraindications
Special Precautions
Do not use more than once daily. Patients w/ aphakia or pseudophakia; existing or history of bronchial asthma; endophthalmitis; closed-angle glaucoma. Pigmentation in the iris & eyelid or hypertrichosis around the eyes & corneal epithelium disorder may occur during treatment. May affect ability to drive or operate machinery (temporary blurred vision may develop after administration). Pregnancy & lactation. Elderly.
Adverse Reactions
Conjunctival hyperaemia, abnormality in eyelashes (increased length, thickness & number of lashes), itching, irritation, foreign body sensation, blepharal pigmentation, corneal epithelium disorder including superficial punctate keratitis, abnormal sensation in the eye (discomfort, sticky sensation, dry sensation).
