MAGRILAN is generally well tolerated. Anticholinergic effects (constipation, dryness of the mouth etc) as well as CNS symptoms like nausea, vertigo, somnolence, headache may occur.
Loss of appetite has been registered to occur frequently.
Sedation, weakness and myalgia have also been reported to occur but they are extremely rare.
Rash (Discontinue treatment. May be associated with vasculitis, anaphylaxis and pulmonary inflammation or fibrosis).
