Distribute thin layer either directly to wound area & surrounding tissue or on sterile gauze 1st using sterile spatula. Cover & secure w/ appropriate secondary dressing depending on amount of wound fluids. Re-apply when it has dissolved (±once every 24-48 hr).
Consult doctor for wound management advice. Do not use damaged or expired new products. Inspect & clean wound according to local protocol. Wound may appear to increase in size after 1st dressing changes due to autolytic debridement. Remove using appropriate techniques & carefully clean area in the event of intolerance. Single patient use; may only be reused w/ same patient. Re-seal after use. Use w/in 3 mth after opening.
