JARDIANCE DUO film-coated tablets 5 mg/500 mg: Orange yellow, oval, biconvex film-coated tablets debossed with "S5" and the Boehringer Ingelheim logo on one side and "500" on the other side.
Each tablet contains 5 mg empagliflozin and 500 mg metformin hydrochloride.
JARDIANCE DUO film-coated tablets 12.5 mg/500 mg: Pale brownish purple, oval, biconvex film-coated tablets debossed with "S12" and the Boehringer Ingelheim logo on one side and "500" on the other side.
Each tablet contains 12.5 mg empagliflozin and 500 mg metformin hydrochloride.
JARDIANCE DUO film-coated tablets 12.5 mg/850 mg: Pinkish white, oval, biconvex film coated tablets debossed with "S12" and the Boehringer Ingelheim logo on one side and "850" on the other side.
Each tablet contains 12.5 mg empagliflozin and 850 mg metformin hydrochloride.
JARDIANCE DUO film-coated tablets 12.5 mg/1000 mg: Dark brownish purple, oval, biconvex film coated tablets debossed with "S12" and the Boehringer Ingelheim logo on one side and "1000" on the other side.
Each tablet contains 12.5 mg empagliflozin and 1000 mg metformin hydrochloride.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Tablet cores: Maize starch, copovidone, colloidal silica anhydrous, magnesium stearate.
Film-coating: Hypromellose 2910, titanium dioxide (E171), polyethylene glycol 400, iron oxide [5 mg strengths: iron oxide yellow (E172); 12.5 mg strengths: iron oxide red and black (E172)], talc.
