Use during Pregnancy, Delivery or Lactation: Pregnant or possibly pregnant women should receive DAYVIGO only when the benefit of treatment is considered to outweigh the risks. (Safety of use during pregnancy has not been established.)
Consider whether or not breast-feeding should be continued, taking into account the developmental and health benefits of breastfeeding along with the mother's clinical need for this drug. Transfer to breast milk has been observed following oral administration of this drug 10 mg in healthy adults, with a relative infant dose (RID) of less than 2%. Infants exposed to DAYVIGO through breastmilk should be monitored for excessive sedation.
