Urlyx: There have been no reports on ursodeoxycholic acid overdosage.
Urlyx 500: Accidental or intentional overdosage with ursodeoxycholic acid has not been reported. The most likely manifestation of severe overdose with ursodeoxycholic acid would probably be diarrhea, which should be treated symptomatically.
Symptoms of acute toxicity were salivation and vomiting in dogs, and ataxia, dyspnea, ptosis, agonal convulsions and coma in hamsters.
