Donepezil Hydrochloride is contraindicated to the following: Patients with gastrointestinal or urinary tract obstruction, it is not recommended in patients recovering from bladder or gastrointestinal surgery.
Patients with a known hypersensitivity to donepezil hydrochloride, piperidine derivatives, or to any excipients used in the formulation.
It is contraindicated in pregnancy.
