Increased incidence of endometrial cancer & uterine sarcoma. May affect the development of endometrial pathology including neoplasia. Suppressed menstruation. 2nd primary tumours. May increase risk of microvascular flap complications. Galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Concomitant use w/ potent CYP2D6 eg, paroxetine, fluoxetine, quinidine, cinacalcet or bupropion. Premenopausal women. Fatigue may occur & should be observed when driving or using machinery. Not recommended during lactation. Not recommended in childn (<5 yr in early stages).
