Hypersensitivity. Concomitant use of any form of organic nitrates (eg, nitrates, nitrites, or nitric oxide donors). Not to be used in men whom sexual activity is inadvisable of their underlying CV status.
Consider CV risks of sexual activity before beginning therapy. Patients w/ anatomical or hematological disorders which may predispose to priapism; hepatic or severe renal impairment. Patients who experience dizziness or visual disturbances should not drive or operate hazardous machinery.
