Hypersensitivity to pyrazolones or related compd, phenylbutazone-containing products, paracetamol, ASA or proven allergy to caffeine; inherited G6PD deficiency (evidenced by hemolytic anemia), acute hepatic porphyria. Severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh >9). Pregnancy & lactation. Childn <12 yr or infants.
Hepatic (eg, chronic alcohol abuse or hepatitis) & renal impairment; Gilbert's syndrome (fluctuating benign jaundice secondary to glucuronyl-transferase deficiency); hematopoietic dysfunction. Do not take regularly for prolonged period. High doses of paracetamol-containing analgesics; continual use for the treatment of headache. Asthma, chronic rhinitis or urticaria. Mild to moderate hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh <9). Severe renal failure.
