Effect on GIT activity is antagonized by opioid analgesics and anti-muscarinic agents; antagonizes the hypoprolactinemic effect of bromocriptine. Azole antifungals and macrolide antibiotics can block metabolism of domperidone resulting in the increased plasma concentration.
