Symptomatic treatment of nausea & vertigo caused by Meniere's disease & other vestibular disorders. Prevention & treatment of motion sickness. Management of various peripheral & cerebral vascular disorders.
Adult 1 tab tid. Childn 5-12 yr Half of the adult dose. Motion sickness 1 tab given 2 hr before the start of the journey & 1/2 tab every 8 hr during the journey.
High doses in patient w/ hypotension. May affect the ability to drive or operate machinery. Not advisable during pregnancy. Not recommended during lactation.
May potentiate the sedative effects w/ alcohol, CNS depressants or TCAs. May present +ve reaction to dermal reactivity if used w/in 4 days prior to skin testing.
