6 w/ hydralazine, isoniazid, penicillamine & OCs. Cyanocobalamin: GIT absorption may be reduced by neomycin, ASA, histamine H
2-antagonist, omeprazole & colchicine. Serum conc may be decreased by OCs. Effect may be attenuated in anemia w/ parenteral chloramphenicol. Ascorbic acid: Not to be given for the 1st mth after starting desferrioxamine treatment. Decreased serum conc of fluphenazine. Bioavailability may be affected w/ omeprazole.
