Each softgel capsule contains: Thiamine nitrate (Vitamin B1) 100 mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 200 mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 200 mcg.
For the prevention and treatment of vitamin B1, B6 and B12 deficiencies.
1-3 softgel capsules daily or as prescribed by the physician.
This drug is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity or allergy to any components of this drug; malignant tumors or suspected malignant tumors.
Pyridoxine and Levodopa should not be used concomitantly.
This drug can be used for pregnant women and nursing mothers. However, the use of pyridoxine in high doses and during a long period in pregnant women can cause drug tolerance in neonate.
No adverse effect at recommended dose has been reported up till now.
Thiamine: The adverse effects of thiamine are very rare, and are of the allergic type.
Pyridoxine: Long-term administration (for periods of 2 to 40 months) of large doses of pyridoxine (2 to 6 g daily) is associated with the development of severe peripheral neuropathy.
Rare: Nausea and vomiting.
Cyanocobalamin: Rare:
General: Anaphylaxis, fever.
Skin: Acne from reaction, urticaria.
Pyridoxine in high doses can decrease the effects of levodopa.
Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light.
Shelf-Life: 24 months from the manufacturing date.
